This Privacy Policy explains how SkyReplacer ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the App.
SkyReplacer is designed to edit photos on your device. The App lets you select a photo, detect and replace the sky, adjust the image, and save the edited result to your photo library.
TL;DR: SkyReplacer does not collect, upload, sell, or share your photos or personal information. Photo processing is performed entirely on your device. We do not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.
When you choose a photo, the App accesses the selected image only so it can create a sky replacement preview and edited output. The selected photo and edited image are processed locally on your device.
We do not upload your photos to our servers, and we do not use your photos for advertising, analytics, model training, or any other external purpose.
If you choose to save an edited image, the App requests permission to add the edited image to your photo library. The App saves the edited image only when you choose to save it.
The App may store a simple local count of how many photos have been loaded. This count is stored on your device using local app storage and is used only to display usage information inside the App. It is not sent to us or to any third party.
SkyReplacer offers an optional Premium Unlock in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.
We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information. The App may receive purchase entitlement information from Apple, such as whether the Premium Unlock has been purchased, so it can enable Premium sky images.

Apple may process information according to Apple's own privacy policies and App Store terms. We do not control Apple's processing of App Store purchase and account information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Because the App does not upload your photos or collect personal information, we do not share such data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.
SkyReplacer does not store your photos or edited images on our servers.
Photos you select remain under your control on your device. Edited images are saved to your photo library only when you choose to save them. Local app settings and the local loaded-photo count may remain on your device until you delete the App or clear the App's data through the operating system.
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message. We use that information only to respond to your request and may retain it as needed for support, legal, or operational purposes.

SkyReplacer is not intended to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We design SkyReplacer to minimize data collection. Photo editing is performed locally on your device, reducing the need to transmit sensitive photo content over a network.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we limit risk by not operating a server-side photo upload or account system for the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and make the updated policy available through the App Store listing or another appropriate location.
